Can I get Symantec VIP Access changed to 2fa by text?

I got symantec VIP Access a while ago due to a problem, is there anyway I can get this to a text 2fa as that would be less annoying while still giving me 2fa?

However, establishing Symantec VIP access will not impact any other security-related SMS texts you may receive from Fidelity.
