Cant log in to fidelity.

I cant log into fidelity because of google authenticator code. The code is missing from my app and is not allwoing me to log in. Is a represntive able to fix that?

A troubleshooting step we’d like you to try is when you receive the 2FA code to log in to the app, to swipe down from the top of your device to access the notification center and receive the code there. Accessing it through that method will not close the mobile app and require you to log in again. If you’re still experiencing issues after attempting that method, you can call our technical support team. Associates are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET. Where do I upload my court ordered QDRO? Fidelity. Qdro.com does not have an option for submitting an existing QDRO. It wants to create one and, it seems, charge me for one. I already paid for one.
