I’m not a us citizen but I’m under a working visa living in the us. I can trade crypto on robinhood but why fidelity won’t let me open up a crypto account in the app?

Good morning, @zii. Thanks for your interest in opening a Fidelity Crypto account. Currently, you can only open a Fidelity Crypto account if you’re a US citizen over the age of 18 and reside in a state where Fidelity Digital Assets can serve customers. Feel free to check out our Crypto 101 to stay current with our offering as it evolves over time. Crypto 101: Eligibility: https://www.reddit.com/r/FidelityCrypto/wiki/crypto101/#wiki_eligibility While we don’t have any additional information or updates to share about eligibility at this time, I’ll pass along your question as feedback to the right teams. Make sure to turn on notifications to our social channels, including our crypto sub r/FidelityCrypto, and the Fidelity Investments app to stay up to date. 🟢
