Can’t set up my 401k contributions from my employer?

I used to work for this employer with 401k match, then quit, and now I’m back under a different brand of the same employer. I’ve tried to ask my HR to help but it’s still saying I’m not an an active employee. I’ve also updated my employment information in fidelity website but nothing has changed. Please help? Image
