Hi, @gmkari.mani. Thank you for reaching out to us on our Discord. I’m happy to help. All ATM fees are reimbursed when using the debit card as part of a Fidelity Cash Management Account (CMA) from ATMs displaying the Visa, Plus, or Star logos. Typically, the fee reimbursement appears after the transaction is posted to the account and not while the transaction is still pending. Depending on the ATM provider, the transaction may take one to two days to post. If it’s been more than a few days or you are still unsure, please contact us on other social media channels, such as Reddit, X, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Messages, so that we can connect securely. Please know, you can also call our service team to connect with a representative via phone. Associates are available 24/7.
