Been waiting long enough, I been submitting reports to bbb, finra , cfpb . Other people should follow.
Same, i would like to use my card because i got money for my birthday, but the debt card are glitched
I checked back in on my account to see if it finally shipped the card and I found an alert. It says “This account has restrictions in place that limit your ability to complete some transactions. For more information, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 800-343-3548.
The account restriction:
• Limits the ability to use any debit cards on this account” so I’m wondering what is happening and I would like to know if any of you people also see the same alert

I ordered mine on September 27 and the app says it was processed on the 29
I called both the Support and Debit specific support. Since September they had some security update or new update for their cards so its taking them a long time to issue new cards and specifically ship reordered and done ones… So obviously a large back order right now.
thats why you have to just wait longer. if you are desprate for a card, dont even open a fidelity investment or youth account and instead just go to your local bank. fidelity is not a bank.

that is true, but the main purpose of an investment account is to save money not spend it.
Alot of people do use it as checking accounts though and given It’s being advertised It’s something they need to work on.
