I’ve been seeing this message for two weeks now: “Your card was ordered on October 06, 2024, and should ship in 1-2 days. Your digital card is available now.” However, on Reddit I was told “there are no digital cards.” Every time I speak to an agent—on the phone or in the app—I’m told the card has shipped, but that’s not the case. I’ve been checking my USPS dashboard, and there’s nothing. I’m moving in 6 weeks and need this fixed well before then. I need a clear solution now, as this delay is unacceptable.
