Hello guys, anyone knows if I sell my stocks on Espp plan account on Fidelity, will this amount be transferred to Espp contribution balance to be used for the next acquisition date or is just available for withdrawal?

When you sell the stocks from your ESPP, they will be available for withdrawal. They will not be counted as a contribution to receive new stocks through your plan.
