Hi all, I’ve ordered debit cards on 9/25. So far, I’ve only gotten them for my HSA, but none of the CMA accounts. I know, I know…Fidelity is dealing with stuff, but can I at least have some clarity on when this is going to happen?
Is there some unspoken something I should be aware of?
If it’s not 2-5 days, then 7-10 business days? Well, it’s past that now.
Is there something I can do?

I recomend waiting longer. If you really need to get your hands on this card fast, you should call fidelity and they might be able to move you to the top of the priority list

We are aware that some customers may have placed orders for debit cards which were not processed. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve this matter. An email will be sent to clients when they are able to resubmit their request for a new card. 🟢

Hi @FidelityHeather thanks for getting back to me. So will I be required to resubmit for my cards? Or should I contact y’all to resubmit?
I’d love to get to be able to use my CMA 🙂 I’m really excited about how it’ll work.
As it stands, my initial deposit is on hold until Oct 22nd

I got a email to resubmit a while ago but it has still been another like two weeks and no card yet.

You’ll receive an email when you are able to resubmit a request for a new debit card. You will need to wait until you get the email to resubmit.

So, basically the card isn’t actually processed? I can see the last 4, so we’re just in a holding pattern?
Can we cancel the current requests?

Been waiting over a month for mine. Called them, was told they are having trouble processing cards. Was told I would get an email to resubmit a card. After that call, my card was cancelled and I got the email to order another. 2 and a half weeks go by and again, customer service gives me the same story. I would expect better from Fidelity. Considering taking my money elsewhere. What’s the point of having a CMA account if you can’t get a debit card? @Fidelity Investments

I also have the same story too, @Fidelity Investments @FidelityHeather Do you know when the issue with processing debit card will be fixed? Are there any steps or actions I can take to recieve my debit card faster? Thx!
