Hey Linsey! Whenever i try to get in contact with live chat it asks me if its about crypto and when i say no it just gives me a number to a representative but doing the phone call requires me to do a I number and password but whenever i type it, it says its wrong

Is there a button i need to press t o be transferred to a repensentative since when i tried to not enter anything it just said “I’m sorry I didn’t get that let’s try again.”

Hey @Reumert. I had the same isseu when I used the “Chat live with our team” option. It seems to be an automated system. I forget how; but I ended up at this link and managed to chat with a rep: https://www.fidelity.com/customer-service/chat-with-us

@Reumert; given the website for the link; try navigating to fidelity; go to customer service and then chat and see if it takes you to this link. Hope this works out for you
