Another FUBAR by the Fidelity Software team. I have a printed copy of my previous holdings but this new version that I just discovered is junk! It doesn’t show which account the CD or Bond is in, it doesn’t list them for my outside accounts. Your team is worse than Crowdstrike with updates that don’t function, And this isn’t the first time.

@Sweetwater do you need help or are you just here to complain?

Are you part of customer service? Didn’t think so

Yeah? This is for people to help each other and fidelity. Im not quite sure what you need help with. If you have a suggestion of what you want fidelity to fix post it at # 🎤︱feedback-4-fidelity . You just complained and said multiple statements but no questions. Let me know if there is anything you want help with.

No, this is a venue for Fidelity to provide customer service. And I’m guessing you don’t know what the Fixed Income Tool is…

No, its both. And your guess is wrong. Let me know (or fidelity) if you have another question.

The Fixed Income specialist has not been able to address the problems either. The software is junk and my positions reflected in the tool are inaccurate. They don’t have answers either and as a customer, I don’t expect to beta test their software changes. Nobody can tell me where my data is for nonFidelity accounts.

Hi, @Sweetwater. I’m sorry to read your sentiment. I’ve passed this along to our development team to look into. 🟢

This is reminiscent of the Full View fiasco which tossed all the data I had entered for decades. Where is the list/data that I have entered?!? The specialist on the phone could not find it either.
