Have not received the Fidelity youth $50 after 13 days

i created and activated a fidelity youth account on december 17th and still haven’t received the free $50 to my fidelity account.
Mine took about a week
Check if it shows up as pending under the cash management tab

Per the terms of the Youth Account offer, the $50 reward will be deposited directly to your account within 10 calendar days after you’ve downloaded the Fidelity mobile app and activated your account. Your account will be activated after you’ve created a username and password, and logged into the mobile app, and accepted the account agreements.
