Hello @armando9802 and thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m happy to shed some light on this for you. It sounds like you have unsettled trading activity in your account.
Sell orders from stocks and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) take 2 business days to settle after the trade date. Trades must be fully settled in a cash account before you can withdraw the proceeds to your bank. If you sold a mutual fund, keep in mind that, while most mutual funds only take 1 business day to settle, it is fund specific and may take longer.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks for that information. Can you also confirm when you sold the securities? You should be able to see your account history under the “Activity & Orders” tab. You can also view your balances to determine what your “Cash Available to Withdraw” is showing. As my colleague Marian mentioned above, it will take 2 business days for a stock sale to settle.
If you see that you sold those stocks before market close on Thursday and you still don’t see the proceeds in your “Available to Withdraw” balance, we’ll need to review your account with you to determine what’s going on. Since you can’t make a call, you can chat with a live representative by clicking the link Marian sent above, or you can reach out to us on our other Social Media channels like Twitter, Facebook, or Reddit and we can connect on a secure channel from there.
