I recently referred my friend onto the Fidelity Youth Account and he got onto this part which allows him to put a referral code which I believe would give me $10, where can I find this referral code, is it somewhere on the app?

I just took a look through, do you mean thats where id find the 10$ theyd give me? I can’t find the referral code to give to my friend anywhere there.
Maybe you could try giving it a few days. Also make sure your friend has fully set up the account. I haven’t looked too much into it but they might need to make a deposit or something for it to count. Let me know if this works. I have never referred someone and genuinely want to know the correct answer too.
