How to transfer funds from PayPal to Fidelity?

Hello, I’m just wondering if anybody funds their Fidelity account with PayPal?
I’ve already linked the UMB bank to my PayPal account, and already confirmed the 2 deposits that were sent by Fidelity.
Now I’m just curious as to how to add funds in my Fidelity account using PayPal? It only says “enter recipient’s email address” but I cant send money to myself sadly… Someone please help me, I’m lost and confused.

You can use PayPal to transfer money into your eligible Fidelity accounts and send money to others. Go to Paypal.com or the PayPal mobile app to add your Fidelity account using your account and routing number. Once your account setup is complete, you can initiate a money transfer to Fidelity from PayPal, or send money to the PayPal account of a friend, family member, or business from Fidelity.com or the Fidelity mobile app.

Hello, sorry to bother, but I’ve already added my account and routing number to PayPal, and it should be UMB that appears correct?
And it stated that it already has been confirmed in my PayPal, now I’m just curious as to how to actually send funds to my Fidelity account? Is it through the “Send money with PayPal option”?
Not a bother at all! UMB is our banking partner so that is normal to see for your Fidelity account.
To send the funds using PayPal, click “Send money with PayPal.” You’ll be prompted to log in to PayPal before entering the transfer.
Hmm thats strange, I clicked that option and it shows me a page that says “Enter recipient’s email address” and “Enter Amount”, no page asking me to log in whatsoever.

You’ll be prompted to log in after entering that information. Once you enter that information, you click “Continue with PayPal,” and that is where you will enter the transfer details.
Which email should I put for the recipient? I can’t put mine since it doesn’t allow me to send money to myself.

Let’s try another route here. Rather than starting on Fidelity to transfer funds from PayPal to your Fidelity account, start with PayPal.
If you have their app, you should be able to navigate to your “Wallet” at the bottom of the app menu. From there, you can click the “Balance” tab and choose to transfer funds to a linked bank account.
