I know there is issues with processing the debt card, mine is processed and on the app it even says the last four digits. I could not careless about the actual card and would just like to use apple pay. Also can you please give me a estimate on how long it will take for my irl card to be made

Try just waiting longer or you can call fidelity and they will give you the number so you can set up apple pay. No way to make it come faster.
