Summary of User’s Issue and Suggested Solutions:
- The main problem reported by the user is the lack of filtering options on the “Find an Advisor” page, specifically for investment topics and qualifications beyond just location.
- The user suggested adding filters for specific advisory topics such as retirement planning, tax planning, and various certifications (CFP, CFA, etc.).
- Another suggestion was to offer a service that assists users in selecting an Advisor.
- FidelityMarian responded positively, indicating that the feedback would be passed along to consider adding more detailed information and filters for Advisors.

Hello. This may be a question and/or suggestion. I’m checking out your website “Find an Advisor” page and not seeing any filters beyond location. Once I enter “investable assests” (which serves as 1st level filter), I chose a location (no option for “virtual”?) and then get a list of people to pick from. Their bio’s inc. the basic info and option to view more on a new tab. I could read thru all these bio’s and open new tabs, but I’d like to research to start off more focused on those Advisors that focus on topics I am most interested in. I’d like to have a “filter” option to include things such as (these are examples): retirement planning, living outside the US, Pension, Tax Plannung,TSP, etc. and by qualifications CFP, CFA, CEP., CRPC, etc. Maybe you could also offer a service that would be an Advisor to help pick an Advisor. 😉

I can certainly pass along the feedback to have more detailed information on our Advisors for that page and include filters.
We appreciate the feedback! Let us know if you have any additional questions. 🟢
