I just started investing a couple weeks ago, but have been going off articles I find on the internet. Is there a way to find a mentor/group for guidance for reading the market and short term trading?

Thanks for stopping by, @Bren. I am happy to help! Don’t worry; we’ve got you covered. Fidelity is all about financial education and pointing you to the resources that will set you up for success. While I don’t know of a mentor/group, we have several trading resources on Fidelity.com. I can certainly provide you with a few places to start. Starting with online courses, you can attend classes hosted by our very own Trading Strategy Desk! These sessions cover a wide range of trading-related topics, such as trading basics using Fidelity’s tools, how to place trades on our platforms, setting up and using Active Trader Pro (ATP), and more. Investors can ask questions and discuss their trading experiences with members of the Trading Strategy Desk during a guided discussion.
