A few days ago I filled out the application to begin trading options. I recently went to check the status of the application and an alert saying “Additional information needed” with a link leading me to account alerts beneath it. I followed through this link as the prompt suggested and there were no alerts regarding my options application. I am at a standstill at the moment and would love to know where to go from here.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear in my previous message; the issue was that I never received an alert at all. I can’t further the application process due to this
