Net Worth – Spending (Credit Card)

Summary:

  • The main problem reported by the user is that their credit card transactions are no longer automatically syncing to the “Spending” category in the Net Worth – Full View, only showing transactions from their checking/savings account.
  • A suggested solution is to contact Fidelity’s Technical Support team for troubleshooting assistance.
  • Technical support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, and the user is advised to say “technical support” when prompted by the automated system to ensure they reach the appropriate team.

On the Net Worth – Full View Spending Category, when I look at my graph for spending, it isn’t automatically syncing my transactions from my credit card to reflect my spending habits and categories like it used to. It only shows transactions I have done with my checking / savings account. Is there a way to properly sync my credit card transactions on the “Spending” category or is this no longer available? I could’ve sworn it was active last month and previous months beforehand.
