Never received 2nd deposit/withdrawal to verify banking info

Main Problem:

  • Qupert is unable to complete the account verification process because they only received one of the two required microdeposits.

Solutions Discussed:

  • Qupert should wait for the second deposit, which typically arrives within three business days after the request.
  • If the second deposit is not received, Qupert can restart the linking process through the provided bank linking page.
  • As an alternative, Qupert can complete the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Form and submit it via secure email or mail to link the bank account.
  • Qupert can also contact Fidelity’s service team for further assistance, as representatives are available 24/7.

I only received the 1st deposit/withdrawal to verify my banking info, and I can’t continue with only 1.

Thank you for reaching out to us, @Qupert. We’re happy to help with this! It sounds like you’re attempting to use microdeposits as a validation method to link an external account to http://Fidelity.com. After the request is made, you should see the deposits from National Financial Services in your account within three business days. Typically, an email is sent to the address we have on file, and you should have received it prior to the microdeposits. Based on your post it sounds like you have not received one of the deposits. Generally, you have seven days to review and confirm the deposit amounts. After seven days, you will need to restart the process, which can be done through the page below after logging in: Link a bank (Login required): https://digital.fidelity.com/ftgw/digital/bank-information/ If the attempt to link the account is still unsuccessful, you can choose to mail or secure email the completed EFT Form to request the bank link. The link to send the form through secure email is below; however, please know that the form requires a physical signature. Send secure email (Login required): https://digital.fidelity.com/ftgw/digital/secureemail/ Electronic Funds Transfer Form (PDF): https://www.fidelity.com/bin-public/060_www_fidelity_com/documents/electronic-funds-transfer-and-bank-wire.pdf If there is anything else we can help with, just let us know. That’s what we’re here for! 🟢
