Summary of Issues and Solutions Reported:
- Main Problem: The user experiences issues with the Exit Strategy workflow, specifically that the mobile app does not allow input of fractional shares for stop loss orders, and the total account value in ATP does not reflect accurate amounts after selling shares.
- Proposed Solution: The user suggests allowing the entry of “ALL” in the stop loss price field to sell all shares regardless of DRIP increases, and fixing the mobile app to correctly handle fractional shares.
- Feedback Submission: Fidelity representative acknowledged the issues and submitted them as feedback, encouraging the user to use the “Feedback” tab on Fidelity.com for further input.

This was originally posted in ( feedback-4-fidelity ) and it was suggested I post it here so here goes.
I have a problem with workflow using ( Exit Strategy ). Using the WEB based login, when setting a ( Stop Loss ) you can’t include fractional shares. Once the trigger causes the sale you are left with a fractional share. The problem comes with the Android smartphone client, this is probably also the case with any mobile app. You can’t input fractional shares, in my example you can’t input ( .160 shares ). The input box doesn’t allow the decimal even-though its a valid character in the smartphone app so when you submit it turns ( .160 ) into ( 16 ) and says you don’t have enough shares to sell. This should be fixed. Better yet, allow an entry of ( ALL ) in the stop loss price field and regardless if DRIP increases the share count, the stop loss will sell out any and all shares you own under the ACCOUNT/SYMBOL.
Another problem, this time with ATP. If you sell out of a position, it subtracts that sale from your current ( Total Account Value ) in ATP so say you start out with ( $100 ) and then sell shares valued at ( $50 ) now the ( Total Account Value ) in ATP will say ( $50 ) where the WEB based view shows ( $100 ), this also should get fixed.

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us, @Bruce_Ferjulian. I have taken both items and submitted them as feedback
Additionally, most Fidelity.com pages have a “Feedback” tab on the right side of the page, whereas ATP feedback can be sent by clicking “Help” and “Tell Us What You Think.” These avenues will send your feedback directly to the respective groups that oversee the platform you are using.
Please let us know if you have further questions, comments, or feedback. We’re happy to help! 🟢

Ok, I took your suggestion. Not holding out much hope since every item I have reported to date has not been fixed.
