I’m trying to invest on my fidelity account, however whenever I go to buy a stock, my account says it is closed and I need to call to open it, I called the number and they walked me through resending my documents, I sent them in Saturday night and I haven’t heard back, and my account is still closed, I sent in my SSN and verifiable ID, it’s not an issue with ID, how will I know if my account has been opened for what I need to do to open it if it won’t open soon
