Thanks for reaching out,
@Executive Chef.
At Fidelity, we put our customers’ financial well-being above all else—that includes ensuring the privacy and security of our customers’ data. As of October 1st, 2023, Fidelity began requiring third parties to transition to our new secure, integrated connection in order to access Fidelity data. This change offers better controls on how authorized third-party websites and apps interact with your Fidelity accounts.
Fidelity has been working with many of the industry’s data aggregators on smooth transitions to this integrated connection for years. Customers who use a third party that does not utilize our integrated connection may experience a disruption in the link between those websites and apps and their Fidelity accounts.
For more information on this change, please check out the following resource.
