Transfer says initiated via email, but money does not show up in Activity and Orders

Summary of User’s Problem and Solutions Discussed:

  • The main problem reported by the user was that a money transfer from their bank to their Fidelity account was not appearing in the “Activity and Orders” tab, causing confusion.
  • The user later discovered that the pending transfer could be found by clicking on “Transfers” within the “Activity and Orders” tab.
  • Fidelity provided additional guidance, stating that pending transfers can also be viewed on the “Activity” tab under “Pending transactions” in the mobile app and in the “Balances” tab to check the availability of funds during the transfer process.

Hey! I transfered some money from my bank to my fidelity account, and I got an email that it was initiated, but it doesn’t show up in my Activity and Orders tab? Even as pending, it’s just not there. Should I try transferring again? I don’t want to be double charged haha
Nevermind, it wasn’t showing up but it does if I click Transfers in Activity and Orders. Strange

Hey there, @Pyrolyzed. Glad to hear you were able to locate the pending transfer! For future reference, you can view pending transfers in a few different places. As you’re aware, you can status your pending transfers, either on your “Activity & Orders” page on our website or by viewing a specific account’s “Activity” tab under “Pending transactions” in our mobile app. Another place to check the status of a transfer is your “Balances” tab. This will show you the availability of funds to trade or withdraw depending on where they are in the transfer process. Please let us know if you have any other questions we can assist you with. We’re here to help! 🟢
