I just turned 18, and how do i login to the real fidelity app with the youth app?
keeps saying this when i try to switch from youth account to my own account now
Hi, @El Mencho. Happy Birthday to you! We’re happy to help out with using the Fidelity mobile app now that you’ve turned 18.
Typically, once you’ve turned 18, your account is eligible to update to the regular Fidelity brokerage account with expanded features.
You will be prompted to update your account starting on your 18th birthday. You will have 60 days to do so.

That said, if you’ve already taken these steps and you’re still having trouble with the mobile app, please attempt to troubleshoot by uninstalling and reinstalling the app and clearing your app files.

Can you confirm which app are you using and if you completed the youth account upgrade already? You should be able to login to the Fidelity mobile app with the same login credentials now if so.

is there a way to add another business account? I have 1 already or must I have different user name and login

You will not receive separate logins for personal and business accounts. Instead, these accounts are all tied to your profile and can be found through the same online login credentials.
