Here’s a summary of the main problem reported by the user and the solutions discussed:
- Main Problem: The user, AidanofVT, lost access to the British stock exchange where they purchased shares of Shell and was unable to sell them, as indicated by the persistent “Indicates that the security has not priced today” message and the unrecognizable stock name.
- Solution: AidanofVT contacted a phone representative who successfully resolved the issue, allowing them to sell the shares.

A couple years ago, I bought seven shares of Shell. Now I want to sell those shares, but I’ve lost access to the British stock exchange they were bought on. That’s my limited understanding, anyway, based on the fact that the purple “Indicates that the security has not priced today” triangle is always there. The name has also changed, from something human readable to “ZZCQ7NYU5.” How can I sell this stock?
