We appreciate you reaching out,
@hub. We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble with making a withdrawal.
You are generally able to withdraw funds that are fully settled and show in your “Cash Available to Withdraw” balance if you have linked an external bank account.
To link an outside bank account, please follow these steps on Fidelity.com (Login required):
1. Under “Accounts & Trade,” select “Transfers”
2. Go to “Manage bank accounts”
3. Click “Link a new bank or recipient”
When you’re ready to transfer the funds, the link below gives you the choice of bank wire, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), and more. Keep in mind that while Fidelity does not charge a fee for these transfer methods, some banks might.
