Hi, @goat. We haven’t received widespread reports of clients seeing a blank screen when attempting to view Real-Time Quotes. For basic troubleshooting, please try clearing the cache and cookies on your current browser, or opening Fidelity.com in a new browser. You can try activating real-time quotes again using the new browser or a different device. To activate Real-Time Quotes please use the steps below: 1. Click “Accounts & Trade” in the top left corner and select “Account Features” in the dropdown. 2. Expand “Brokerage & Trading” and choose “Real-Time Quotes.” 3. Review and Accept the agreement. Please let us know if the issue persists after troubleshooting.🟢
