Trying to find digital card number

The app is telling me that my card is shipped but my digital card is ready but I’m unable to find it anywhere. I’ve tried all the options found on the website to no avail.

Only way is to call fidelity.
If can still add your card to apple or google pay though.

Apparently the digital wallet system has been down for a week? The person who was helping me over the phone was insanely rude and short with me and couldn’t offer any other help besides “it’s been down for a week”

That’s what I’m trying to do with the digital number but I guess I’ll just have to wait for the physical card or until the system is back up
