Although I input all the information as it is on the card, the checkout page on Xbox states that my expiration date and name are incorrect, even when inputted verbatim to the card.
Is this a sign that my card has been locked?

When on the “Manage cash & cards” page, click “Debit card,” then “Manage debit card” to review.
