Alright so for this part right here, I’m assuming I have to put in my fidelity account number, however when I put in my account number, it’s too big for the box they’re giving me.
So I’m trying to put in the number on the right but it’s too big
is that the right number to put in?

Hi @! (Drip) Phobos, happy to clarify.
For the EFT form, please enter your Fidelity account number as it appears on your Portfolio page. This is often 9 characters and may start with a letter.
If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’re always happy to help! 🟢

@FidelityLinseynone of the numbers start with a letter, I’ve attached a screenshot that have 3 numbers censored out, can you tell me which one I have to put into the form?
so left, middle, or right?

Yup! A bank statement with the account number and all owner
names preprinted on it is an acceptable document.
