So when i went to check my account today and went to my activity it says that i spent $23.59 on something called cherishis hong kong when i did not buy anything around the lines of this

You should immediately lock your card. Then report stolen in the app or call Fidelity. Fidelity will then send you a new card. If it is a Fidelity credit card, I’m pretty sure Fidelity will not hold you liable for this.
Ultimately take action as soon as physically possible.
