I noticed in the transfer screen I am no longer able to transfer shares between my Brokerage accounts and can now only transfer money. I asked support where the feature went and they said it’s now only available for reps to complete via phone. Why was this changed?

Hey, @Jeef. While many accounts allow transfers-in-kind on Fidelity.com, there may be some accounts with specific transfer limitations on our website. I see you’re trying to transfer between your 2 Brokerage accounts. Are these individual Brokerage accounts or joint accounts? Can you also please let us know what shares you’re attempting to transfer?

I came here from a chat support on the site. Here is the message is received: Thank you for your patience. The transfer of share in-kind will have to be done via a representative. You can do it online on a Roth conversion, but not this one.
